By accessing TrueStream Atelier services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase materials.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and the accuracy of your information. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

3. Purchases & Access

• Digital items are licensed for personal use; redistribution is prohibited
• Workshops may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice
• Prices may change without notice; taxes may apply based on your location

4. Refunds

Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. Coaching sessions can be credited if canceled with sufficient notice, at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, trademarks, and content are owned or licensed by TrueStream Atelier. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal study.

6. Acceptable Use

• No reverse engineering or automated scraping of the site
• No sharing of downloads or private links
• No unlawful or abusive conduct on the platform

7. Disclaimers

We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes. Your progress depends on practice and adherence to guidance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 6 months.

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
